This is a first class example of a vintage Parker '51' Aerometric model boxed pen and pencil set in Navy Grey with 'Lusralloy' caps.
The set is in near mint condition, it has a light Navy Grey finish and ding free 'Lustralloy' caps with pearl coloured end studs.
The original 'Pli-glass' ink sac is ambered but relatively unstained and the condition of the pen is first class.
The pencil is similarly pristine, it has a very little used 'long' eraser.
The set is housed in an unbranded but good quality, conteporary box which is in clean, sound condition.
The Parker '51' has often been described as 'the best pen ever made', At around seventy years old this Parker '51' still supports that claim.
