Parker introduced the 'Ace' edition of the Centennial line in 2005, it is easily recognisable by the motif on the cap stud. This ballpoint pen, finished in black with Palladium trim, was made, in England, in the last quarter of 2005.
The pen is part of a small collection of Ace Duofolds, it came in a high quality leather pouch so I guess the previous owner intended to use the pen, although it doesn't actually show any signs of use. The pouch is a good idea if such a high end pen is to be carried around.
This is a good sized ballpoint with a very solid feel and classical good looks and a huge amount of presence, the quality is outstanding.
