Guarantee, payment and postage.

Guarantee.

The last thing we want is an unhappy customer.  If the pen you purchased from us is not up to standard we will issue a full refund if the pen is returned to us within two weeks and in the same condition as you received it.  Please let us know of any problems by email to: pens@collectablepens.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

Payment. 

Payment can be made using the button on the listing for the pen or by expanding the box for payment directly into Paypal, our account name will be sent on request.  We also accept cheques and BACS transfer.

Postage.

All our items are sent by Royal Mail, free of charge within the U.K.  Overseas postage is charged at £16.
