The last thing we want is an unhappy customer. If, for any reason, you decide the pen you purchased from us is not for you we will issue a full refund if the pen is returned to us within one calendar month and in the same condition as you recieved it. Please let us know of any problems by email to: email@example.com and we'll take it from there.
Payment can be made by Paypal using the button on the listing for the pen or by payment directly into Paypal, our account name will be sent on request. We also accept cheques and BACS transfer.
All our items are sent by Royal Mail, first class signed for, free of charge within the U.K. For overseas rates please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
