The Parker Ellipse was only made for about two years, it didn't sell particularly well and is now quite collectable.
This is a ballpoint pen date coded for 2000. The pen is immaculate and may well be unused. It is finished in Cobalt Blue, a vivid iridescent colour with a very high gloss finish. This is achieved by the application of several layers of lacquer over the brass barrel and cap. The trim is 23 Ct. Gold plated and the distinctive cap is inset with a Rhodium plated ellipse.
The pen is presented in its 'clamshell' type box and has been fitted with a new refill as the original had dried through age and lack of use.
The Ellipse ballpoint is a large, chunky, and very substantial pen, it will certainly get noticed.
