A Sampson Mordan Silver pencil dating from around the mid to late 1800s. The pencil is in excellent working condition with no dings, personalisation, or other blemishes.
It is finished in an elaborate, deep cut swirl/floral pattern with a blank cartouche.
The 'S Mordan & Co.' imprint was changed slightly around the turn of the century, this encil has the earlier imprint which was used from around 1860.
