The Parker 61 Custom pencil in Maroon was made from 1959 to 1969. The pencil is a rotary type mechanism, operated by twisting the cap to expel and retract the lead.
This is a very fine example, finished in maroon with a 12Ct. Gold filled cap, 1/10th by weight. The cap is stamped to that effect along with 'Parker 61'.
The pencil is in superb, working condition throughout, the barrel is unmarked, the cap is ding free, and the eraser shows no signs of use.
