The Parker 51 Vacumatic was superceded by the Aerometric version in 1949 so this English made pen is the last of the Vacumatics. The imprint itself is very clear and the number '9' is just legible below the imprint.
The pen has been fully restored and is in excellent working condition. It is finished in 'Cedar Blue', not a common '51' colour by any means. It has a lustralloy cap with a pearl end stud and long arrow clip, the correct one for this model and year.
English, Cedar Blue '51' Vacumatics are very collectable and not easy to find, particularly in such outstanding condition.
