The Sheaffer Imperial 330 was introduced in 1973, just as the name was changed for some of the line to 'Triumph Imperial'.
Finished in blue with bright chrome trim, the pen is immaculate in all respects and is probably unused. It is a 'White Dot' pen, the dot inset into the clip was used by Sheaffer on some models as a mark of quality, only applied to pens above a threshold price.
I believe the pen to be unused but I did ink it, once, for testing. the nib is superb, it writes with a beautifully smooth, broad line, ideal for someone who enjoys writing with a flourish.
The 330 is a 'chunky' pen, the profile very similar to that of the larger 'Pen For Men', the P.F.M from a decade or so earlier.
The pen is a cartridge/converter filler, both are readily available online.
