Parker 17 Lady in Blue. 1964-1968.

Regular price £50.00

Made in England at the Parker newhaven factory, the Parker '17' Lady was introduced into the Parker Duofold line in 1964 and replaced with the Parker Lady Standard in 1968, a relatively short production run for a Doufold.

Finished in blue with gold filled trim, this is a fine example, it is in very good condition and has been serviced and tested. The aerometric filling system is efficient and easy to use.

The nib is 14Ct. gold, it is a very easy writer, producing a smooth medium line and has a pleasing soft feel.

The Parker 17 Lady is, as the name suggests, a compact pen but is quite comfortable in use in the posted configuration. It is a smart, reliable vintage pen that would serve well as a daily writer.
