The Sheaffer Agio was introduced in 2002 and discontinued in 2004, a relatively short production run, not a common pen.
This is the 9095 ballpoint version, finished in layered lacquer over a brass cap and barrel with a most attractive pearlised 'Subtle Brown' finish. The Agio is aptly named, it means 'comfort' in the Italian language, the pen is a small, comfortable pen in use.
This is a totally mint, unused example, it is fitted with a new refill as the original had dried out.
This Agio Compact has Nickel plated trim and was a high enough quality pen to be given the Sheaffer 'White Dot'.
