The Waterman Expert Mk.I. was dirst produced in France around the late 1980s. Two later versions followed and the Mk.III. is still offered in a wide variety of finishes representing a major potion of the Waterman catalogue. The Mk.I pen, however, is the only version to have some collectable status.
The pen, finished in Burgundy with gold filled trim is in excellent condition with only very light usage marks.
A large, 'chunky' pen, it has been fitted with a new Waterman refill, more expensive than the 'compatibles' that are widely available but much longer lasting and with better perfomence.
